  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.

  • You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

    • Sealed hygiene products once opened

    • Personalized items

    • Digital content downloaded upon purchase
